The Early Years Influence  ...
" I was raised in Toronto Canada, and fell instantly in love with Jazz at twelve years old when a friend played me a CHET BAKER recording, so many years later when I got to perform with Chet it was a real dream come true. My inspiration for playing valve trombone happened instantly when a girl friend brought home a BOB BROOKMEYER recording. I had the thrill to hear and meet Bob many times years later,

this has been my inspiration..... "
